Amy Hunter
✨The One Who Got Out (and Got Louder)
I’m not a licensed therapist.
I’m something worse for a narcissist:
A survivor who figured it out, got her voice back, and started helping others do the same.
My name is Amy Hunter, and I built this space for the people who are still questioning themselves because someone else spent years rehearsing how to make them feel crazy.
I’ve lived through:
-
Silent treatments so cold they felt like punishment
-
Love bombs that turned into smear campaigns
-
“Sorry”s with expiration dates
-
And every flavor of manipulation you can imagine — all dressed up as love
I know what it’s like to be locked out — literally and emotionally.
To feel like you’re screaming underwater.
To miss someone who traumatized you, and feel stupid for it.
I know because I stayed. And I went back. And I justified it.
Until one day, I couldn’t anymore.
🛠️ Why I Built This
Because therapy didn’t always help.
Because professionals sometimes gave my abuser the script.
Because I needed a guide who got it, not a neutral notetaker.
So I became the person I needed when I was in the thick of it —
Sharp. Safe. Savvy. And not afraid to call out a narcissist on their BS.
This isn’t a “healing circle.”
This is reconstruction.
We rip out the lies, rebuild the self, and turn that pain into a compass.
🧠 My Work
I’ve turned my experience into:
-
A survivor-centered recovery framework
-
Programs that decode narcissistic abuse without sugarcoating
-
Tools that help you break trauma bonds, spot red flags, and rebuild your sense of reality
-
Content that’s funny, savage, validating, and useful — all at once
-
A space that finally says: “No, it wasn’t you.”
🔥 My Promise to You
I won’t waste your time.
I won’t hand you a worksheet about your childhood while you’re still bleeding.
I won’t gaslight you in the name of “healing.”
I’ll give you language, clarity, tools, and energy — until your self-worth is louder than your trauma.
