✅ What to Expect — Step-by-Step

Because if your last relationship was confusing, this won’t be.

🧠 Step 1: Fill Out the Intake Form

This is your first step toward sanity. It’s not a test — it’s your story, written in your own words, with space to tell the truth (even if it’s messy).
You’ll answer questions about your relationship, your patterns, and what’s been done to your peace. There’s no judgment, no wrong answers — just data I use to help you decode your situation.

🔗 You’ll find the form right here on this site. You’ll need about 30–45 minutes and maybe a snack (emotional labor is real).

📬 Step 2: Submit the Form + Contact Me

After you submit the intake, you’ll send me a quick message through the site’s contact form (or email me directly) letting me know it’s done.

That lets me:

  • Pull up your form

  • Match you with the right session type

  • Offer times for your Initial Consult: Truth & Triage

📅 I’ll respond within 24–48 hours with available times and a private booking link.

📞 Step 3: The Initial Consult – Truth & Triage

This is where sh*t gets real — and clear.

We’ll meet for 60 minutes via Zoom or phone. I’ll have reviewed your intake, and we’ll walk through:

  • What’s actually going on

  • Narcissist type + tactics

  • Your emotional state (trauma bonded? dissociating? stuck?)

  • Next steps — whether that’s No Contact, script coaching, or finally understanding you’re not the problem

🎁 You’ll leave with:

  • A follow-up email summary

  • A custom healing outline

  • Optional tools, mantras, and red flag decoding

  • And most importantly: your clarity back

🔮 After That?

If we click, and you’re ready to go deeper, I’ll offer custom coaching packages, group support options, or targeted trauma-repair sessions — all built around your needs and energy level.

❤️ What You Won’t Get:

  • Clinical coldness

  • Advice that blames you

  • Generic tips that don’t match the hell you’ve lived through

  • Any suggestion that “they didn’t mean it”

  • A therapist who sides with the narcissist (been there, we don’t do that here)
